Father’s Day Sermon
Thursday Jun 25, 2020
Thursday Jun 25, 2020
Our Father’s Day sermon for 2020 comes from a familiar passage, Luke 15:11-32. This story is usually used to examine how God relates to us in the process of salvation, but for Father’s Day we examined the way that God relates to us as a father. We explore what we can learn about God’s nature and how this nature can shape us and help us to live as good, godly fathers by imitating our heavenly Father.

Sunday Jun 07, 2020
The Scripture for the June 7, 2020 sermon is 1 Peter 3:13-22. When we live as exiles we are sometimes called to do the right thing even when it’s hard. Living in light of the resurrection of Jesus calls us to take the Gospel to a broke and hurting world while also doing the heavy labor of finding the sin in our own hearts and walking in repentance before God.
